it's crazy how when you start working on something it could just lead to a million new ideas and one step takes things to the next.

like im working on a drawing project, dreading it in a way because i have no idea where to begin and then one thing progresses to the next and things just get bigger and bigger as i move along.

and it's always like that!
i always take forever to start something because i never know what im going to actually DO.
and everytime, i forget that it always works itself out.
that as i start just, drawing something random or cutting something out of paper, ideas just form from what i'm doing.

my brother has an astronomy class so he has been filling me in on little things (haha if that's possible) he has been learning about space and the universe and all that.
and yesterday we were talking about just HOW BIG everything is.
and how small we are. and how minute we are.
and how we seem to occupy our lives with things that ultimately have no meaning.
but what can we do? it's not like we can do anything about the fact that we are so tiny, it's not like anything we do can really affect anything or matter or whatever...

so humans fill their lives with little things like movies and entertainment (for example) and then have events where these are shown and have interviews to talk about them and comment on their success or their failure or where the movie industry is going but haha what?!
like as soon and the universe enters mind everything seems just about useless.

we are just these little actors on this planet creating little lives for ourselves to stay busy and occupied during our existence and then dying, as if nothing happened.

gahh so hard! because i always seem to need to find a way to take my ideas and turn them into something! whether they just be written down.. because maybe i am scared that an idea will leave me? that i will forget it?
but sometimes it is impossible to take an idea and make it concrete, like when you think something in your head and it just makes so much sense but then how to do you explain it? and it never comes out with the same intensity as when you're thinking it and like the less words you use to explain it or the more vague your explanation the easier it can be understood.

ADDITION:

The conceptual artist Sol LeWitt has spoken of his systematic method of creating work as a necessary method for staying true to his original idea. When relying on emotion, emotion can change day to day and so the piece of art can stray away from its original idea. By keeping a somewhat systematic method in reviewing art, and not relying on the solely emotional aspect of a piece, it can be described and explained while still staying true to its original idea and having it be understand it a clear manner. This of course does not mean that emotion should never take place in either a piece of art or in its review, but it should definitely be considered as something that is always changing and may cause issues in trying to concretize it.

i was going to try to write something, since i haven't complained about anything in a while.
i've kind of been dishing out my anger on ANOTHER SECRET BLOG which is meant for someone specific who doesnt talk to me at all but for some reason still checks it even few days or so.

i am so tired at this moment and i have about a million and one things that i could write about that ive been thinking about but i think about them so much that it's just so overworked.

although, something interesting is i have noticed that i have regained my sociability in recent months.
i felt like last year i somewhat hermited myself in the sense that i wished to avoid new encounters or fresh people i had just met in order to stay clear of small talk and such.
but now i find i am talk talk talking and words are flowing and things are great in that sense and i am not censoring myself really, but also i am considering what might come off as creepy or a little too weird so it is good because i am finding an important balance in talking with acquaintances.
so then the trouble begins with what do you talk about with someone you've known forever?

always an issue to consider.
i was thinking earlier that someone i truly enjoy being around is someone who i can spend quiet moments with doing separate things.
there isn't much i like better than being in the same room as someone (a friend, a love) and doing your own thing.
that is how you know you can live with someone (i think?)
when you can spend time with them but not feel like you have to be out and about doing something
but that is also if that person enjoys doing that as well
because for some people the ultimate thing may be doing activities etc
and those are fun of course

but i just so like wasting time with the people i love
doing very little

so there.
will try to do some more thorough thinking when im not falling asleep.
